Hunter Concept

I took a break from my senior project and worked on this for fun, when I have more time I'm gonna make a high res version of this concept in color. overall I think this is the best one by far, I'll keep pushing myself to get better and faster at it

my first environment sketch. i adopted james paick process of creating an environment. I know its not perfect but Im going to continue to develop in this category and get a lot better at it before the summer is over

this thing is at the 50% mark I'm still trying to establish some of the cave and separate the areas

here is the block for my environment I'm playing around with shape and trying separate the foreground, mid-ground and background to give it more depth because right now it looks flat

Quickie

I took a three week break from art to recharge my batteries now Im ready to start developing some concept art and other fun stuff for my new portfolio. I'm also wrapping up my senior project as well so a lot of work for that is coming soon

just a quickie before I really start painting. after seeing thor and looking at the artbook from the movie it inspired me to aim for that quality level of concept art, that my goal for this summer. more coming soon wish me luck
